1. Snow / inclement weather:

noodle doodle will watch closely on Loudoun County Public Schools action in terms of closure due to inclement weather but will make our own decision on closure and delays. Please call 703-999-7282 for questions about your class status.

2. Registration

1. Effective March 2006, there will be a registration fee of $20 per family.
2. All students must submit a completed Registration Form.
3 . Registration is on going throughout the year. Tuition will be prorated for late registrants.
4 . Our programs enroll on a semester basis. Students are automatically enrolled from their start date through the end of the semester.
5 . Registration can be done in-person or by mail.

7 . Payments can be made by cash or check payable to noodle doodle, LLC. Full payment of tuition, applicable fees and previous balances are required prior to class participation.

3. Tuition & Fees

1. Tuition is due prior to class participation.
2. Return Check Fee is $35 per check
3. Materials & Supply Fee: There may be an additional materials and supplies fee. See schedule for details.
4. Two or more students from the same family are enrolled, an 5% discount
will be applied for the student(s) with lower tuition.

4. Cancellations, Schedule Changes & Make-up Class:

1. noodle doodle may cancel any class with insufficient registration with a full refund.
2. noodle doodle reserves the right to change the contents of classes without any notice.
3. Make-up classes are offered on a space available basis as long as tuition is current.
4. All make-up classes and lessons must be completed within the semester.
5. There is no reschedule for a make-up class.
6. When classes are canceled due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond noodle doodle’s control, we will try our best to do make-up classes. Please pick up our "snow policy" form at the studio for details.

5. Student Drop Off & Pick-Up:

For the safety of all children, parents are advised to escort their children into the studio. Parents are ultimately responsible for seeing to the safe entry and exit of their children for all events at noodle doodle.

6. Class Confirmation / Receipt:

Students are registered upon receipt of registration form and full payment. Please keep canceled check for records.

7. Instructor Replacement:

noodle doodle reserves the right to replace a teacher as necessary without causing any discontinuity in class.

8. Photography Rights:

noodle doodle reserves the rights to use photos taken in class and events for promotional materials.
